We offer flat-rate Standard and Express shipping across Australia utilizing Australia Post tracked services. All shipping rates are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
$5.00 Standard Shipping: Restricted strictly to "Guitar Pick Only" orders.
$10.00 Standard Shipping: Standard parcel delivery for apparel and mixed gear orders. (Estimated 5–10 business days).
$15.00 Express Shipping: Faster priority transit. (Estimated 3–7 business days).
FREE Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all domestic orders over $70.00.
International Shipping
Please note that www.damagethesenses.com and www.damagethesenses.com.au do not currently ship outside of Australia. We cater exclusively to domestic players and music enthusiasts.
SHIPPING SERVICE DETAILS
Standard Shipping
Standard parcel orders should generally be received within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that transit times can take longer for regional or rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left by Australia Post advising which local post office your parcel has been safely held at for collection.
Express Shipping
Express orders should generally be received within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. This priority service can still take slightly longer to reach remote or rural destinations. If you are not present to accept delivery, a card will be left advising where your parcel can be collected.
Address Redirection via MyPost
Tracking numbers will be provided via email for all orders the moment they leave our facility. You can track your shipment live via the Australia Post website. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can update your delivery address or redirect your parcel directly through your Australia Post account via AusPost MyPost.

How do I know my order has shipped?
Once your items have been dispatched, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email. This will contain a summary of what you ordered, your delivery address, a unique tracking number, and a direct link to the Australia Post tracking portal.
How will my order be packaged and shipped?
We want to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. To achieve this, all domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post Express Post, ensuring safe, tracked delivery to every corner of the country.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Work Addresses?
PO Boxes: Yes! We deliver to any valid PO Box address within Australia.
Work Addresses: Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure you clearly include the Business Name in your shipping address details at checkout so the delivery driver can easily locate you.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
If your tracking profile has stagnated and you have not received your items within 15 business days from dispatch, please check your tracking link. If there is no movement after a further 5 business days, please contact Australia Post directly to quote your tracking number and lodge an investigation. If the carrier is completely unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will step in to lodge a parallel commercial inquiry from our end.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Because gear sizes vary, larger orders may occasionally be split and sent in multiple separate satchels or boxes. Please reach out via our Contact Us page to check if this is the case for your order. In the rare event that we have accidentally missed an item from your order, notify us immediately and we will arrange to have the missing item sent out to you straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us straight away. We will immediately arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and we will provide a pre-paid return label or fully reimburse you for the return postage of the incorrect item.
